Chocolate Brownie Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups self-raising flour

⅓ cup cocoa

⅓ cup caster sugar

60 grams butter melted

½ cup choc chips

½ cup nutella

1 egg beaten

¾ cup milk

½ cup sour cream

Directions

  • Sift the dry ingredients together, stir in the other stuff well.
  • Oil the muffin tin a little, and preheat the oven to 170C.
  • Cook the muffins for 15-17 minutes
