Plain cakes

Ingredients

6 ounce margarine

6 ounce caster sugar

9 ounce self-raising flour

3 eggs

6 tablespoon milk

Directions

  • Cream together the marg and suger, gradually add the beaten eggs and milk.
  • Fold in the flour.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C
  • For the icing, throw together 4oz icing sugar, 2oz margarine and 3 teaspoons of milk and stir.
