Pork and Spicy Yoghurt

Ingredients

3 lean pork steaks

8 tablespoon low-fat yoghurt

1 tablespoon curry powder

2 tablespoon mango chutney

1 red chilli -- Seeded and sliced

1 tablespoon fresh coriander -- Chopped

1 tablespoon fresh mint -- Chopped

Directions

  • Combine the yoghurt, mint, coriander, mango chutney, curry powder and chilli in a bowl.
  • Spread the sauce over the pork chops and grill. Turn and repeat the same spreading.
  • Heat the remaining sauce in the microwave to our on the plate.
  • Serve with couscous and steamed vegetables.
